A crew of over 60 people of all ages and nationalities came together in July to clean up Dee Why lagoon. 507 plastic straws, 532 plastic lids, 1350 food wraps, 2155 pieces of plastic bags, 400 pieces of Styrofoam, 68 glass bottles and much more were picked up today. A total of 8942 items counted and categorised. A huge thank you to everyone who are part of the crew. We are so incredibly thankful for each and everyone and we are so happy to know you amazing people. We cannot thank you enough for what you do to help spreading awareness about plastic pollution, making changes for a better world and turning up on a cold Sunday morning with a smile. You are all awesome!
